Ticket and Seating Policies
Senior
Senior tickets are available for select concerts for patrons age 65 and over. For availability, please refer to ticket pricing levels for each individual concert. Senior tickets will be seated in the General Admission Center section.
Student
Student tickets are available for select concerts for students with a valid university or college ID. For availability, please refer to ticket pricing levels for each individual concert. Younger students attending a concert on their own may purchase Student tickets. Student tickets will be seated in the General Admission Center section.
Seating for Senior and Student Tickets
Patrons purchasing Senior or Student tickets are seated in General Admission Center. Patrons wishing to be seated in the Premium Front, Front Section Center, Front Section Sides, or General Admission Sides must purchase a ticket in those sections. Patrons holding Senior or Student tickets may not sit together with other parties in a section other than General Admission Center.
Arriving at the Cathedral Basilica
When you complete your purchase, please print your tickets, if possible. Bring the printed tickets with you and present them to our ushers. If you are not able to print your tickets, please show the usher your tickets on your device. Or, visit the Box Office in the Cathedral Basilica vestibule to check in by name.
Children
Due to prolonged periods of quiet sitting and in consideration of all patrons, our concerts are not suitable for young children. Student tickets seated in General Admission Center may be purchased for older children. Please note that Student and Senior tickets are not permitted in the Premium Front, Front Section Center, Front Section Sides, or General Admission Sides. All members of a party must hold tickets for these sections.
